Stappenbelt Rabobank MTB Trophy
Sunday 6 May was the day of the 9th Stappenbelt Rabobank MTB Trophy in succession, a race with international status! This race is part of the Dyna-Sys MTB Topcompetitie. Laura Turpijn (picture) took home the victory for the Elite Ladies and Belgian Tom Meeusen came first in the men’s race. 20th Rabobank Bikecenter Vantuyl Paasbike
It was a grey morning in Nieuwkuijk for the Elite Ladies Paasbike race. With a relatively small field, it was still an interesting race on a difficult track. Right from the start a strong Anne Terpstra (pic) showed her power and never let go of the lead in the race. After 90 minutes she was the well-deserved winner of the 20th Rabobank Bikecenter Vantuyl Paasbike. Team Time Trial (TTT) Energiewachttoer 2012
On this cold yet sunny Saturday the TTT took us to an even more northern part of Holland. Team Specialized – Lululemon took home the victory with an average of over 44 km/hour. Stage 4a Energiewachttoer 2012
After a grueling first 3 stages in which quite a few riders left the toer, it was another intense day on Saturday: first a 70-km regular stage followed by a team time trial (TTT). Sunny skies over the Northern part of Holland saw Kirsten Wild cross the finish line first in Winssum. It was a busy weekend for the ladies with both a Worldcup on Saturday and another race on Sunday. AAC Rugby – SRC Thor
The rugby fields of AAC Rugby where the stage for the thrilling match between AAC Rugby and SRC Thor. The girls on both sides were eager and fit enough to want to win the match. What a great event it was! Hamperium Photography was present at the HLT timetrial, 5th stage from Nuenen to Gerwen and also the 6th and final stage, from Bunde to Berg en Terblijt. Compared to the previous stages, the time trial in the Holland Ladies Tour was done in favourable conditions.
