Delivery Information

UK Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. Standard delivery costs £4.99 per order, or is completely free on orders over £50 — the exact cost is calculated and confirmed at checkout before you pay.

Estimated delivery is 3-5 working days from dispatch — this is a guide rather than a guarantee, and can occasionally take a little longer during busy periods such as Christmas or Easter.

Packaging & Presentation

Every hamper is carefully packed to travel well and arrive in excellent condition, then finished with our signature gold-foil seal and a hand-written card — so it's ready to give straight from the box.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and a link to follow its progress — we work with trusted couriers including Royal Mail, DPD, and Evri, depending on your order. If you have any questions about your order status in the meantime, just get in touch.

Delivery Notes

• Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order, especially for perishable items.
• We can't be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details provided at checkout.
• During peak seasons (e.g. Christmas, Easter) delivery can take a little longer than usual — we'd recommend ordering in good time.
